Críticas construtiva

Minha estadia no que se refere a recepção, ao café da manhã foram boas, até pode-se dizer ótimas. Tenho uma observação a fazer quanto ao tipo de colchão, desconfortável, a densidade não está adequada. Outra coisa é sobre a limpeza dos banheiros (Sinop e Lucas de Rio verde), lodo nos azulejos e nos pisos (cantos) é nojento.

O quarto estava com vários lugares sujos quando chegamos. O banheiro inundava quando tomávamos banho. Roupa de cama velha, de baixa qualidade, com bolinha. Travesseiros com “caroços”. Controle do ar condicionado não diminuía a temperatura.

Hotel em si bom porém com serviço fraco

O hotel é bom. O café da manhã sem muitas opções. A funcionária se negou a fazer dois ovos. Posição totalmente desnecessária. Respondeu inclusive rudimente. O funcionário da limpeza esqueceu de limpar o quarto um dia. Ou seja ficou sujo. Merece ter uma gerência mais amigável.

Foi agradável, comodidade, limpeza, atendimento. Sugiro somente melhoria na variedade dos itens do café da manhã, estou avaliando baseando nas duas vezes que estive no hotel, dois detalhes importantes o mamão estava verde, na primeira e na segunda vez, e a exposição dos pratos quentes (ovos e salsicha) estavam frios e ficam expostos em recipientes sem tampa.

O hotel é muito bom, porém tem que melhorar o café da manhã (que só tinha coisa gelada), e melhorar a janela do quarto (fica muito claro), de resto tava ok.
