Clean rooms, although a little outdated. I actually cut my finger on the shiwer door, when it got stuck and had to apply force to open it. The staff were very helpful though and had dressings available and very apologetic and promised the problem would be addressed.the vanity basin was small. They dont have breakfast availability but there are places close by. The privately leased Asian Restaurant on site served a nice meal although the food was delivered to our table randomly. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise during the nights. Yelling and screaming was outside (park/playground next door) and thr trains could be heard most of the night. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was neat and tidy, we were located in a quite area which was perfect, the addition of the Spa was awesome, rear entry to the room made bring bags in so much easier. The atmosphere in the room created a very relaxing environment and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The shower was old style with high flow. Very good compared to modern ones that basically drip water. Room was good. Only thing I didn't like was bar fridge noise turning itself on and off at night - would be better behind a solid cupboard door.

My friend and I booked a twin share room, Room no 11, for a 2 night stay in October while working over the weekend in Singleton. The room was clean, well maintained, light, spacious (not on top of each other), has aircon. The beds were very comfortable, extra blanket is supplied. The receptionist was very helpful with local information plus in moving our room on arrival (we were allocated a double bed room) and calmly sorting out any issues. Overall our stay was restful and enjoyable. Recommended.
