Well situated close to all the amenities that are needed. Room space was excellent resulting in a stress free overnight stay. Buffet breakfast also very good.

What can you say about a Holiday Inn they are all the same all around the world to there high stanards. As they say what you see is what you get. There is a brillant pub/restaurant no more than 150 pace away behind with a nice beer garden for food as well.

Old and small

Hotel is getting older and need recovered refreshing if you similar to others holiday IN this is not worth this money, extra charge for open spaces parking small and everybody can ace's to your car is no worth to pay

There was no a/c as advertised. It didn’t blow cold air (I know this is common in Europe). Therefore we left the window open. However around 1am, our neighbor was smoking out her window which flowed into our room.

Good hotel but a couple of small issues.

5 stars for their reception staff although for the most part reception was only manned by one person so during busy times there was a long wait. Housekeeping let hotel down. Day 1 no housekeeping due to illness. Had to go to reception for clean towels etc. Compensated with a free drink which was good. Day 2, we were given hand towels instead of bath towels and full bin wasn’t emptied. Day 3, no bath mat left and empty tissue box not replaced. Other than that this is a pretty good hotel. Comfortable beds. Need more than one pillow though as they are quite flat. Tea and coffee making facilities. No fridge. Good size bathroom. Aircon didn’t work too well so slept with window open. Very quiet area so no issues with noise. Breakfast was basic but nice and fresh. Location is good. 5 minute walk to the centre. 10 mins to the train station. Only one lift though, so when checking out had to wait about 10 minutes for an empty lift. Lift goes to the top and works its way down. We were on level 1. Really needs two lifts.

In onze 2-persoonskamer was het gordijn en bedlampje aan een kant van het bed stuk. Ook ging het licht boven het hoofdbord van het bed uit zichzelf aan en uit. Het kleine bed (twijfelaar) stond nog geen 40 cm van de muur terwijl er aan de andere kant ruimte genoeg was. In de kamer was er 1 stoel, een tafeltje, een plank aan de muur, tv en open kast met strijkplank, fohn en kledinghangers aanwezig. De airco kon tot 3° minder dan kamertemperatuur koelen, maar zelfs na een hele dag aanstaan, blies het meer warme dan koude lucht. Hier hoorden we meer gasten bij het ontbijt over klagen. Het douchen kon onder lauwwarm of kouder water. Het ontbijt was op zondag, donderdag en vrijdag goed. Op maandag en dinsdag leek het wel alsof het de broodjes van de vorige dag waren en het fruit (uit blik) ongekoeld was bewaard.. Op woensdag was er weinig en was de medewerker liever met de telefoon bezig dan met het schoonhouden en bijvullen van het ontbijtbuffet. Het personeel aan de balie was zeer vriendelijk en het inchecken, het reserveren van een parkeerplaats op eigen terrein en uitchecken ging soepel en vrolijk. De badkamer was schoon en naar behoeven van de gast kon de kamer schoongemaakt worden. Voor een nachtje is het hotel prima, maar niet als vakantieadres.

L’hôtel est très bien mais il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre sans possibilité de baisser la température, les oreillers sont inconfortables et la dimension couette n’allait pas, c’en était certainement une pour un lit aux dimensions inférieures car dès que l’un se retournait l’autre était découvert! Sinon le petit déjeuner très bien et le reste aussi.

Hotel an guter Lage in Gehdistanz zur Fussgängerzone sowie Stadthalle. Zimmer ok jedoch fehlte einseitig der Nachttisch sowie die Beleuchtung (Neonröhre) war sehr hell. Frühstück war vielfältig jedoch der Bratspeck war nicht in einem Wärmebehälter wie Rührei sondern nur daneben auf einem Teller und somit kalt.
