A really good hotel at the Airport suitable for early flights. The Jewel, shops, nice restaurants are all in walking distance. Room is very small but was sufficient for our needs. Missed not having coffee in the room but that’s not so important anyway.

We were a family of 3, 2 adults and one infant. That said, the room was too small with barely any room to walk around in with 2 carry-on luggages, 2 back packs and a travel stroller. For a solo traveler, I’d say this is perfect. Otherwise, the location is perfect as it is right where the Jewel Rain Vortex is at, as well as hundreds of great dining and shopping options if you have a long lay over. The afternoon staff was very friendly and accommodating as well.

This is a great hotel that is literally 20 seconds from the waterfall in the jewel! Loads of good options for food within a 1 to 2 minute walk. Rooms are small but what do you expect for a hotel inside the airport? Room had a double bed and a private bathroom, and was spotlessly clean. There were no tea and coffee facilities in my room, but there is a coffee machine in the hallway. A great hotel that I will use again

Location to Jewel mall and the cleanliness of the room was great. Gave it a 4/5 star rating as it would have been good to have breakfast included, especially for those travelers that do not have time to enjoy the mall. Was good walking distance to T2, but if you are carrying luggage, be sure to allot more than the 5-10mins they advertise. Better to give yourself 30-45mins to navigate the luggage through to the check-in counters as there are areas where luggage carts are not allowed. Overall, great place to stay before the flight leaves! Beautiful mall and a great place for all the last minute shopping.
