The pool on the roof was lovely, relaxing with apparently great sunrise on other days... Changi hawker stands only 10 minute walk up the road also offered excellent eating options.

Good amenities, beautiful scenery, helpful staff. Free shuttle bus to and from airport a bonus. Keep in mind it is not located in central city, however public buses frequently come which can take you to the MRT (train) and from there you can go singapore downtown.

The property was clean. It is going through renovation. Although it is an older hotel, I would still strongly recommend it for the price as well as location. Shuttle a plus and the staff very accommodated to our needs.

The location was excellent, steps away from multiple MRT stations, hawker stalls and stores. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms well tended. We only wish there was more hanging and storage areas for our clothes; we were there for a week and could not fully unpack. Toiletries were nice but note that it did not include body lotion. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet location, good alternative to hotels in CBD especially if distance from airport is important, efficient complimentary hotel shuttle to/from Changi airport, hotel communicated the schedule for the airport shuttle in good time (though doesn’t operate 10:45 pm to 8 am), good Wi-Fi connection, clean rooms, friendly staff, quick check in/out service. Great views from rooftop bar and pool. Plenty of options for public transport into town with bus stops near the hotel. Food court next to hotel is an added bonus.

The hotel is way out of town and the only reason I booked it because of shuttle service. Unfortunately I waited at bay 2 for shuttle and it was parked there but no driver. I ended up getting a Gojek and paid $20. The hotel is fine and I was given an executive room. Staff were friendly

The location was not as convenient as expected, as it is still about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The hotel facilities are a little dated and could use some updating. However, the staff were very friendly, responsive, and efficient in communication, which made our stay much easier. Overall, the service was definitely the highlight of our experience.

Like many people that stay here we used the hotel as a transit hotel for our next flight approx 12 later. Therefore we really didn’t get to use any amenities… However the room was fine, a good size, bathroom very good and overall cleanliness great. We would use this place again.
