May be it's the city but rooms are really really small we traveled Thailand Malaysia and Singapore almost paid same amount in $ but Singapore hotel rooms came with a surprising size. Staff was curtious and helpful.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The lobby smells nice. The AC works well, but the controls can be finicky. My hot water kettle was broken, but they gladly gave me a replacement. Overall, no complaints! I ❤️ Singapore!

Quiet clean room Had a late checkin with flight and we were able to check out a few hours later than normal, upon leaving. Very .accomodating staff and very handy to Metro. A real advantage with this Hotel, as is breakfast included.

We spent 1 nigh in this hotel so far. We are going to visit again in few days as we are completely satisfied! The location is strategically close to bus (from airport!), train and most of the must-visit in Singapore. We got upgraded to a family room that has view on the main street and a nice mosque. Overall our stay was great. Excellent stuff. We recommend.

excellent place for a stopover. Very close (just a few metres) from the Metro so dead easy with luggage. Walk outside and there are restaurants and bars within steps. Quiet. Great pool. I've stayed here many many times and always come back to it.

The hotel’s location is very convenient, located very close to an MRT station. I enjoyed the daily room cleaning. I came to learn that the person cleaning my room is May; it was enjoyable coming back to a completely clean and organized room after a long day out. May really made my stay enjoyable! I’ll definitely be back.

The check in and check out was quick and easy clean property rooms are small enough for 2 people if have 2 large check in bags it’s a bit squashed in room . Bathroom small but clean . The best part of hotel is the location mrt just one minute walk lots of food options easy to find food of your choice also 7/11 nearby this hotel is in the Hearst of city centre if weather is good little India and Arab street around 15 minutes walk . If you are looking for a clean place to stay to sleep and rest as spending most time outside this is the best place to be .

The room I stayed in was a 'superior double' but it was quite small. It was okay for a solo traveler but had there been two people it wouldn't have been comfortable. The room felt like it needed a bot of a regresh. The hot water in the shower was intermittent. On the evening I arrived I showered at about 8pm the water was lukewarm at best, it was the same at 5am when I left but the morning I showered at 7am it was fine. It also leaked under the door onto the main bathroom floor. All the staff were lovely and so helpful. The location was great being very close to Bencoolan MRT and a bus stop.
