Beautiful boutique hotel in great location

Great location close to MRT, staff were fabulous and rooms clean and comfortable. They had special little touches the big hotels don't. Will definitely stay again on our next trip to Singapore

The staff are part of the best thing about this hotel. So friendly..... We were lucky enough to be upgraded from an executive balcony to a suite. Location is amazing, so close toaxwell MRT and the Maxwell Food centre

Staff could not be more helpful a special thank you to Sharkira and Sara . The Scarlet Hotel is right down the road to the MRT there are three stations Maxwell being the closest . The rail system is very easy to use and cost very little too. The Hawker food market is just across the road. Great street food at excellent prices and a good vibe. I would recommend this hotel

Great hotel

Great 2 night stay. Just opposite Maxwell MRT and Maxwell Food centre (Hawker Centre). Lots around and easy to get to/fom. Lovely accommodation and helpful staff

Great location for all sights. Staff very friendly. Fresh fruit, water, crisps and biscuits in reception. Free mini bar with good selection. Our room (303) was small and quite noisy. Lift had a musty smell which was not very nice.

A pleasure for the senses!

This was the most enjoyment I've had an hotel in years. The Scarlet is striking and opulent with clever, intimate lighting. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. I was allowed to check in a couple of hours early without an extra charge. Mini-bar is free and restocked daily.
