As soon as I entered the hotel room, the smell was not good and the sound was not soundproof, so I heard the noise in the next room. Everything was good except for this advantage.

Haven in Singapore

Just a quick overnight in Singapore. Complete luxury stay. Only downgrade was due to the fact that bedside electrics did not work at first and required maintenance man to come and fix it, which he did.

Had a great stay at the Ritz. The location was great as you could access key sites and places to eat by foot. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always going above and beyond.

Very well cleaned property. Staffs were all friendly, however, the item that was promised by the staff was not delivered to me at all.. so it is kinda upsetting to not see it. But overall a good stay at the hotel :)
