Cannot recommend club access enough especially for the incredible hospitality (shoutout to Winston) and the views of Marina Sands Bay + the delicious food throughout the day. I had the pleasure of checking in with Francesca at the front desk who provided wonderful recommendations and made sure my check in process went smoothly. Sadly, the room took a bit to be ready during this busy period. However, the concierge on the club floor (didn’t catch his name) was so accommodating and kind and upgraded me to a suite because my room would be delayed in cleaning. It was such a pleasant surprise especially after a 2 week trip throughout Southeast Asia and ending it here was such a highlight. The staff was absolutely high class, the food at the Colony was delicious and just over worth every single penny.

Nice stay

Hotel was clean, well kept. Room was spacious and the room view was superb. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Food at the Colony was good. Desserts were just okay, not many choices Service was impeccable!
