The hotel is beautiful and the staff was extra lovely. Our baggage did not show up from the airport and the in-room amenities were exactly what we needed. The location of the hotel was also wonderful. We had the most amazing view. I would stay here again for sure.

Hotel room was very clean and the view form the balcony absolutely breathless. Only breakfast was a bit disappointing - a huge room like in a chip restaurant. and a small selection for those who don't like Chinese breakfast.

Always enjoy my stays here - breakfast can be a bit overcrowded so need to select an early time - variety is consistently good and staff are always so very helpful ( Suggestion : please place instructions on hot water pump in chinese for your oriental guests who struggle and maybe have 2 chefs on egg station at busy times? ) Location is excellent for getting around Singapore via bus MRT or underground passage ways .

Lovely large quiet clean room with modern facilities , particularly like the ability to open balcony door to allow fresh air to circulate. Reception and dining staff always very welcoming and helpful. Hotel has access to the adjacent mall via levels 1-3 as well as a short cut to the City Hall MRT ( by route outside the lobby) . Not keen on the shower gel or soaps they use so I always bring my own .Haven't worked out how to turn off auto night floorlight yet ! Great location and dining options.
