Family trip to Singapore stayed over 4 nights. Place was neat and tidy and short walk to MRT. Breakfast was quite good variety of food and different everyday. All staff were very friendly and special thanks to Chef Kelvin.

Ok hotel but not special

The hotel is clean but has an old feeling and smell to it. The breakfast room was nice overview of a fish pool and nature. Service was good. But nothing special about the place.

Not worthy of the price paid. We stayed for 5 nights at this hotel. The front entrance and foyer of the hotel is grand and beautiful, but the room is a different story. There is a musky smell walking into the room everyday. The shower/tub has a slow running drain which is not pleasant. The toilet has strong water gushing out for flushing but still, for some reason, it doesn't clean the bowl well. All in all, just not what I would expect from a Sheraton line of hotels. Not likely a second time for a while.

Hotel staff walked in my room without knocking at 1 am. Woke me up and left when they noticed my stuff. No apologies nor any comment when i told it at the reception in the morning

The facility and room were wonderful. We enjoyed the stay here. There was a hitch, however, that the hotel double charged for breakfast although we bought a package with breakfast included option from Expedia. The hotel staff said only after check out that the breakfast was not included. But they did not tell us about this at the time of check in although it was on the confirmation slip. We don't know whose fault it is, Expedia or Sheraton. Expedia gave us back some credit but it was not full amount. Unfairly, we paid for their fault and mistake.
