There are nice outdoor areas, and the rooms are comfortable and well maintained. This hotel is probably best suited for families with children. Check-in takes quite a while, mainly because the hotel is very large and has many rooms. This is also noticeable at breakfast, which can feel crowded and hectic due to the large number of families staying at the resort. For me personally, it felt a bit too much like a tourist machine. The overall atmosphere was busy, crowded, and somewhat stressful rather than relaxing.

Room was large and comfortable with great amenities. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Location on Sentosa was perfect, with bus and cable car locations very near to the hotel.
