We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Singapore. The staff were incredibly sweet, attentive and welcoming, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We stayed in the Garden Wing, which was absolutely lovely. Our room had a large balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture, where we enjoyed sitting in the evenings overlooking the beautiful green surroundings. The Garden Wing area feels very lush and peaceful, almost like resort living in the middle of the city. It was the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Singapore.

The rooms were clean. Good view. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was very good! We love the variety of dishes offered. We walked around the place and loved the greeneries. Lush green! The pool was big. The splash pad is something we might try when we bring our grandchildren. Our luggage was brought to the room in a timely manner. The rooms were already ready for us.
