I really liked this hotel. It was quiet and peaceful, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. I felt that I got great value for the money, and the location is excellent with many restaurants within walking distance. This is definitely a place I would stay at again.

The hotel and was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The desk staff and housekeeping were excellent. The front desk staff were very friendly providing great guest services with a smile. This hotel is no-frills but a very good value if you just want a clean, safe and comfortable place to lay your head. The biggest perk for us was the MRT station (Parade Marina) being just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Located across the road from a shopping mall and a few hundred meters from the MRT, the hotel is well situated. The room was large enough with a comfortable bed, pumping AC, fantastic TV reception, and complimentary minibar which was a nice welcome. I have not had the chance to explore the area around the airport or compare it with other nearby hotels. This is a decent hotel for a one-night stay before a flight, but I would not choose it for a vacation. The price was low, so I felt I got good value for the money. One major advantage was the complimentary airport transfer, which was very convenient. The rooms are adequate, but I had an issue with the air conditioning in my first room. A maintenance technician came to inspect it, but they were unable to fix the problem. Situations like this take time and inevitably affect the overall guest experience. In my opinion, the hotel should have better control over such issues and provide guests with a new room much more quickly when problems like this occur.
