Hotel is in a excellent location near to lots of lovely restaurants, staff were amazing room lovely, clean, pool great Only criticism there"s building going on near the hotel and only when you are sat by the pool you can hear it all day,but wouldn't stop us choosing the hotel again or recommending it.

Great location but the rooms are now tired

On arrival the hotel looks very impressive and the lobby area is very well kept however it's when you get into the rooms you realise they are a little bit tired now and the first ring we were given a black mould on the ceilings and walls Terry asked to be moved which we were. The hotel is in a great location in Pool area is fantastic

Great service

The best part of my stay was being able to get a room in the evening for 30 minutes to take a shower. My flight was very late and I had a long day at an expo, so I really needed a shower and they did not give me a key to the gym, they gave me a key to a real room where I had space to lay my things out and take a much needed shower.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Club Room during our recent staycation, and we couldn’t be more impressed. Special shout out to the service provided by the Club Lounge staffs especially Janet. They were not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly attentive, warm, and genuinely friendly. Every interaction felt personal and thoughtful — they always greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of.
