Staff were excellent, always very attentive and helpful and maintained great upkeep of our room while we went out. Room was spacious and had a nice view towards Marina Bay Sands. What an amazing stay at Pan Pacific. Staff were absolutely fantastic, very friendly. The staff at the club lounge go above and beyond to make you feel looked after and and always with a smile and a chat. It truly is a holiday to remember, and we will most definitely be back. The best hotel I have stayed in so far. The staff is amazing. We were staying with 18 month old baby and the staff was super accomodating and helpful at every step. Everybody at the lounge remembered my baby's nae, her eating preferemces which was very thoughtful. I would love to stay again.

This was the perfect location for a short stay in Singapore - centrally located, connected to key locations including convention centers and shopping malls. Highly recommend it to anyone traveling with the elderly and young kids alike. On top of that, the spa and kids' amenities, including the play zone, kiddie pool, and koi pond, were the cherry on top. And a big shout-out to the staff -- everyone almost intuitively supported us with incredible service that made this stay truly special. And the view was incredible p.s: Great food options, including the in-room dining menu; delicious taste and generous portions.
