Checking in and out was a breeze. Staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping was timely too. The room was very spacious and nice colonial design which makes it memorable and cozy. We were given a free upgrade due to the construction work next door. Pool was of a good size and not over crowded. Our stay was very enjoyable on the whole. Only thing for improvement are to provide bidget in toilet and a more comprehensive array of tea & coffee with higher quality.

Well if you get a hotel at 8.0 something rating in Singapore, then you're getting basic and outdated experience. The room was clean. The linens were fresh. That’s all you get. So for one night, it’s fine. Nothing more. This is also a hotel where people live, so expect smells and sounds from non-hotel guests in this location. Not bad, just odd for a “hotel.” You’ve been warned!

Amazing stay! We had 2 beautiful rooms for our family of 5. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful hotel and the pool was awesome with comfy day beds to relax in while the kids swam. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, transit. So convenient. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
