I was told my room was an upgrade but it was tiny with a bed on a mezzanine platform. Shower and toilet both had doors opening on to living area. No wadrobe or draws just 4 hangers on pegs. I was on my own and it was fine except for no iron or hair dryer but if you are a couple, a basic double room might be just too small (it had what looked like a sofa bed but if unfolded, no floor left). Breakfast was included and very good. Pool good.

A decent and reasonable priced hotel

Overall the hotel is great, it’s just the rooms are a bit small, Water supplier and power are also good, the location is very convenient to downtown.

Rooms were extra small and no place for luggage. No shelves and no privacy for 2 people sharing the room. Great housekeeping staff. Hotel was very convenient restaurants of all types and multiple shopping venues.

Appreciate the environmental friendly measure

The hotel is located in a very convenient place with shopping mall nearby. The bedroom located in the loft which provide more space. The room provides purified drinking water which is a big plus.

Perfect for a solo trip and best location

Perfect Loft room for 1. I would not stay if there were 2 of us, it would be too cramped. But Location, Location, Location!! The best and I know Singapore so well. Yes perfect for my solo trip this time and all I needed to do in the area and in the city as well as Orchard Road... everywhere reachable by a max of 4 direct MRT stops away. MRT station a 5 min walk across the road! Very new, clean and convenient.

The hotel is very handy to Bugis MRT which is on the East-West (Airport) train line and Downtown line that gets you over to the bay front. Staff are friendly and helpful and there is a nice pool area with a view whenever you need to cool off. There is a bit of street noise at night, so a higher up room is recommended.

Good central hotel

Hotel is nicely situated for all the attractions. Staff were fantastic we used this for. Stop over after holiday . Let us into room 5hrs early. On day of departure had night flight so kept bags for us and allowed access to shower and change. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Only down side is the room was small especially with 2 large bags but larger ones are available. Overall good place to stay

Well rounded functional hotel good for a pied-a-terre during a business or leisure trip. Decent gym with sturdy cardio equipment but only very light weights. The outdoor pool area is nice and functional on the 7th floor to squeaze in a quick swim. Obviously dining options at the hotel itself are limited but there is plenty of options around. Did not get the breakfast so cannot give an opinion but overheard comments along the lines of “decent quality but limited choice” while riding the lift with breaky-goers.

It was a great stay. Only reason for 3 stars is the fact that the Pay later option was not available at check in. We had opted for that but because the credit card was not available we had to pay upfront with the debit card. It is important to make this clear from the outset to avoid disagreements. Other than that great hotel great staff and great location. Everything is at the doorsteps of this hotel.
