日本語対応の受付があるとネットでは書いてあったので安心して行ったが既にそんなカウンターはなくなっていました。 カウンターを探し回っていたところ背の高い日本人男性スタッフがとてもとても親切に対応してくれました！きめ細やかな柔軟な対応に感動しました！ 今回のシンガポール旅行が私たち家族にとってとても良い思い出になりました！ チェックアウトした後の荷物の預かりなども丁寧に対応していただき感謝しております。 また行きたい国の一つになりました！
