Almost perfect. The staff were incredible - really really polite, friendly and helpful. I’ve not experienced this level of service anywhere else. Docked one star because the bars don’t open until 5. We had a beautiful time at the mandarin hotel, beautiful hotel and pleasant workers, every food we had was a 10/10. They had special chauffeur service for drop off. The afternoon tea is so nice.
