This hotel was truly exceptional. An easy 11/10 experience. Our room was immaculate and offered the most breathtaking view imaginable. The entire property is surrounded by lush, beautifully maintained greenery that makes you feel like you’re in the heart of a rainforest retreat. Having the zoo right next door was the perfect bonus; it was chef’s kiss in every way. Each morning and night, we were serenaded by the natural sounds of the rainforest, which made the stay feel incredibly peaceful and immersive. The staff went above and beyond; warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Every interaction made us feel cared for. I would return in a heartbeat. This place is a gem.

We were greeted upon arrival by courteous hotel personnel. Check in was a breeze. Room was spacious with a gorgeous view, sustainable with complimentary water tumblers made from sugarcane. We stepped out for the Night Safari and when we got back, the blinds were drawn, lights dimmed and the scented candle was lit. Talk about taking the extra step! Breakfast was a good selection of different cuisines. Upon check out, Sophen took care of us by booking their driver to take us to Mandai West since we wanted to visit Bird Paradise. We didn't have to worry about our lugagges since she also took care of that. If you want a relaxing place to stay in, with an easy access to the Mandai zoos, this is definitely the place to book.

It's a nice property in general but have a few issues. Food is below average. Room view may not be what they marketed. Glass window is dirty. No taxi and you have to pay a surcharge. The kids club and service are the bright spots. Might skip this if the price is the same as those 5 stars hotels in the city area.
