The room provides 2 full bath and 2 separate rooms that gives the guest enough space for their belongings and privacy especially for family of four. The property provides most of the amenities that any guest can ask for like free breakfast, laundry area, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen items used for cooking and eating. The room is so nice, clean and upgraded. The place is walking distance to Bugis Market, Merlion and Raffles shopping area, Don don Donki, etc. I will definitely come back to this place again. The staff are so courteous and helpful.

Location is great- Right inside the mall with many dining and shopping options, close to MRT, walking or biking option to Marina Bay and other city areas. My son and I stayed at Lyf for 5 nights in February 2026, visiting from America. We absolutely loved the fact that it’s inside a mall & the mall itself is amazing, can’t get any better than that, right? Oh yes it can, the location is absolutely top tier, close to all the major spots & Fort Canning park is right across the street. You can literally get there from a bridge inside the mall. How awesome is that. Housekeeping, the front desk staff & breakfast (which you get free if you’re an Ascott member - sign up is free) were also amazing. Highly recommend.
