4 nights family vacation. Room is clean and comfortable. Staffs are nice. Perfect location, just across city square mall, and mrt station. I would consider this hotel next time i visit Singapore.

Comfortable stay

Great stay, comfortable bed, room big enough for one, nice shower. I think the rooms would be too small for 2 people, but perfect one. Staff were lovely, was able to check in early and leave my luggage for the day upon leaving.

This place is very convenient, literally 2 minutes walk from a metro station, a mall, Starbucks and so many restaurants. All the tourist attractions such as Haji lane, little India and Bugis street are all 20-30 minutes away walking. Out room was not large but it has everything that we needed. They do not provide Toiletries except for shampoo and body wash and there was no hot water the last two nights, which was frustrating. The lobby looks and smells great. I liked the common kitchen on the 4th floor and the laundry room by the lobby. Great customer service - I would definitely recommend this place or stay here again next time I visit Singapore.

Lyf Farrer Review

Lovely clean room with everything you need for a short stay in Singapore. Great location right next to the MRT. Staff are extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Would recommend.

The location and the customer service were very good. I had a minor issues here and there.They do try to accommodate you, you just need to ask. Shower situation was not pleasant. Only when my son and I try to change our clothes. Getting in and out the bed was a little challenging. Everything else was good .
