It’s an old and beaten hotel crying for renovation. My room was so called Gold level but it was irregular shape and barely fit two single beds. Lighting was bad and the bathroom shower had no separation with the rest of the bathroom, not a glass, not a shower curtain. I would not stay there again. The breakfast included was decent and the staff were very friendly and tried their best.

Good value for money. Basic hotel in a great location with simple amenities, basic but good breakfast. Be aware that second floor rooms may have windows but they are shuttered. If you need a room with normal windows you'll need to upgrade, it appears.

This hotel is like a hostel and it is really easy to reach with public transports and a short walk. The rooms are small and very basic, but enough. You can see all the hotel offers if you go to the karlmarkinternational channel on YouTube and find the Indonesia playlist. Breakfast is in the cafe in the reception. It is easy and quick and enough.

I love this hotel because of location. There is a mamak stall near to hotel and walking distance to Bugis Street, Hajah Maimunah Restaurant etc. Please make sure the room is always clean before providing to guest.

Rooms are ok in size. Washroom is clean and fine. Linen is clean. Reception staff is good. Breakfast has very limited options and for vegetarians its literally only bread. Breakfast timings are till 9.30 but they stop refilling after 9.15. The staff for cafeteria is very rude and misbehaving. If you stop refilling after 9.15 then mention timing as 9.15 and not 9.30. They are least bothered about customer comfort and rudely said, you complain to whosoever you want. So not recommended.

Do not stay on the first floor due to flies and room bugs (not bed bugs) and no windows. Upper floors are better and extremely small. Breakfast was free and worth every penny. Boiled eggs, one type of fruit, fried rice. Breakfast was not good and tasted stale.
