The hotel rooms are small, but comfortable and clean. I had a problem with the AC as it was making weird noises and also a lamp in the roof was turning on and off. Except from this I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The location is great as is in walking distance to attractions, malls and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Good stay in central Singapore

Well located hotel in central Singapore. Room is basic and small, but you get all you need for a short stay. Bed could be longer though. Stafg friendly, and silence over night.

Location alone makes this great value for money. Location is perfect and is close to everything. Boat Quay and Clark Quay - popular spots for a night out are also just across the road. Perfect for someone who will spend most of their day out and only need somewhere simple and clean to sleep in.

Excellent location and a very good place to explore Singapore. Was able to walk to most places. For travellers who just need a place to sleep and will be out most of the day. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. It is value for money in that it is affordable and in a good location therefore it is no surprise that it is dated and not the cleanest.

The place is clean. I stayed at 5th floor as the location is near a big road so it is noisy all the way until midnight. The hotel and room is old, with cracks on toilet floor and wall. The drawings in the room is not conducive..

The air quality in the room and moisture in the structures were so bad that we had to move from 2nd floor to 1st floor in the middle of the night. Staff and ebookers were very understanding for our health and we were able to change the hotel. Rooms were nice and would have been perfect for couple days, but the ones we got were simply not for people with sensitivity of air quality. Respectively Janne

1. The location is amazing, very convenient! 2. The room condition: first 3 days in a very small room with no window. I didn't feel have any fresh air! Upgraded to a bigger room with windows but cant open at all! I emailed to request a room with window but No response No results! 3.Service: Good and bad! Michael and Noor are nice,especially Noor is very nice and helpful! But the light skin lady ( from Philippines ) needs being more respectful and practicing English.
