The hotel is well located for public transport, being close to both MRT and bus stops. The staff were friendly and the breakfast selections were varied each day, although the items which were meant to be hot, usually weren't. The rooms were clean and serviceable.

Great hotel location ( just around the corner for big bus stop 15). Small rooms just like New York hotels however you spend all your time out site seeing. Staff friendly and really attentive and want to help.

The staff is very courteous and the check in is fast. The only thing that i gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the air conditioning is not cold enough. Singapore is a very hot country and AC must be cold enough. Location is great which is close to Plaza Singapore where you can go for shopping and enjoy lots of food.
