Overall, the stay was reasonable for the price. The staff were attentive and helpful. However, I was surprised to find that the room had no window, as this was not indicated in the booking details. Beyond comfort, this also raises important concerns regarding fire safety, which I believe should be clearly disclosed to guests in advance.

I had to wait a little while to check in, but the room was good for the price. There aren't many restaurants or souvenir shops nearby, so I think it's good value for money for business travelers or those using it as a base to go somewhere.

The staff is very welcoming. The rooms are clean. A bit noisy early in the morning as the cleaning lady start quite early. I recommend this hotel.

The description is not what’s on the web. I reserved 2 twin beds but I got a queen size bed. The room was too cold because the button was controlled by staff instead.

We had the family unit. The air-con sounded like a constant rain downpour, very noisy. There was a lot of black mould inside and around the air-con unit. No windows in unit, which we thought a bit odd.

Tiniest hotel room I've ever seen. Very misleading as it's totally different from the pictures. There's literally no room to move at all. Just one tiny space to walk to the toilet and main door. The room temperature was too cold and it's not adjustable. I had to call reception twice to ask them to increase the temperature in my room. Very inconvenient. There also seems to be loud knocking sounds very early in the morning from 7am so my sleep was disturbed as well.

I thought we reserved an upgraded room. Got a queen bed and no window - but a giant, wall sized mirror to make the room feel a bit bigger. There is only 3-4 feet of space around each edge of the bed. It is also an efficiency bathroom where the room doubles as the shower - everything gets soaked. It was clean and felt safe. Noisy neighbors kept us awake into well after midnight.

Not enjoyable at all.

Very poor hotel. The pictures give no clue as to how tiny the room actually is. Was woken up by housekeeping at 4am, making a huge amount of noise cleaning the empty room next to me. (Despite not bothering to clean my room at any point in the previous 36 hours) This place shouldn’t really be on Hotels.com. It rents rooms by the hour and there’s a constant flow of people with their customers throughout the afternoon. Wouldn’t stay here again, would not recommend to anybody.

Is a VERY budget hotel. We had a room with no windows and the shower directly over the toilet. The AC constantly dripped onto the bed making it wet and difficult to sleep in. We moved the bed away from the drip only for cleaners to move it back. We put towels over the pillows as even though they had standard covering on them, the pillows underneath were disgusting. As flooring throughout the rooms and corridors are all tiled. It was noisy. On the positive side. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. We were also able to store our luggage after checkout which was great. The area itself is not brilliant but the MRT (trains - purple line) a few minutes walk away makes it easy and quick to get everywhere.
