I loved this hotel. The rooms are big compared to other hotels in Singapore. We had a room with three beds. We had enough room for three of us adults. The bathroom was clean and also big. The subway was next to the hotel. We could get anywhere. The staff is great and friendly. The buffet has many items. Western and local. I will start here again.

Nice hotel with friendly and supporting staff. Good location near restaurants and Clark Quay. The gym is very small and needs modernization or better maintenance. The wardrobe doors are a disaster.

1. the room service - the male housekeeper was great. He noticed 3 guests in our room any automatically added 1 extra set of towel & coffee mug for us. 2. Front desk - FD can't help me mailing a post card. I was asked to mail it in a postoffice instead which is a bit disappointed.
