Holiday Inn Express Clarke Quay is a great choice when staying in Singapore. The hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, and within walking distance of Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Chinatown, and many other attractions. The included breakfast is excellent, with plenty of options to start the day. The location makes exploring the city easy, and the overall value is hard to beat. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable room and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast although virtually no other dining facilities. So close to great food at Clarke Quay that this was no real problem. Drawbacks: woefully inadequate clothes storage in room and dreadfully dim room lighting - travel light and bring a miner’s lamp - apart from that it’s fine.

This was an excellent place to stay in Singapore and made our trip really enjoyable. The staff are exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, the rooms had everything you need, the beds were comfortable. The rooftop pool was a real bonus, we hadn’t been planning on using it but it was so refreshing to have a swim after a hot day sightseeing. It was very peaceful and relaxing up on the roof with great views of Singapore. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to Chinatown, and the Chinatown underground station. The breakfast had a wide range of very nice food choices. Would definitely stay here again.

We were there for 5 days and the hotel is very nice. Prepare for small rooms but very nice with comfortable beds. It’s a 10 minute walk to Clarke Quay which has lots of great bars and restaurants
