Vi hade en jättebra vistelse på Heritage Collection! Läget är toppen, med gångavstånd till centrum osv. Personalen var mycket snabba på att svara när vi hade frågor och var väldigt hjälpsamma. Levde absolut upp till förväntningarna.

This hotel's mgmt crew is great

Great location. The team of Kenneth, Irean, Jarwin, Jun Wee & Naw has helped me out a lot when it came to laundry issues/and getting my missing bag from the airport. Quick and prompt communication from them has made my stay much easier!

I had a amazing stay. Mr Mubien who attended to me was absolutely wonderful. It was a breeze to check-in. I noticed 2 drops of stain on the floor, n brought to his attended… it was cleared in super fast. That was an excellent service.

Repeated customer at heritage collection, booked once at Seah and once at Clarke Quay. Their room is clean and neat. Eventhough is not very big but somehow what you need is all in the room. Staff (Jarwin and Khine from Clarke Quay) (Jarwin & Wendy from Seah) were very helpful and prompted. Always made me feel welcome and try their best to accommodate my request. Keep up the good job 👍

Excellent location with lots of eateries around the hotel. Around 5 minutes to subway. The property is new and very clean. Hotel staff is friendly. There are washing machine and dryer in the hotel. Very enjoyable stay in the hotel!

Excellent short term stay

I had an excellent experience undergoing mandatory SHN at this property. The room was extremely clean and modern, and the staff were extremely accommodating with my booking. Clarence, in particular, was extremely communicative, helpful, and responsive with requests during my quarantine period.

Jolene and Riduan make a real difference

The hotel also uses Whatsapp for arrangement, which is by far easier and more responsive than a top 5-star hotel. They have combined hertiage and technology, you get the best of both worlds. Travelling during COVID is no small feat, Jolene and Riduan supported me during various mandatory requirements with kindness and enthusiam that made a highlight of my trip.

A week in stinky room

Good apartment but bad smell, like stale cigarette smoke. They refused to move me to another room, and said they couldn't smell any problem, but they could clean it again. After traveling to over 30 countries, and staying in many many accommodations, I know that this smell is in the fabrics and paint, and didn't want to waste my time coordinating an extra cleaning session from them. I will avoid all Heritage properties in Singapore in the future.

Very good and impressive stay, even arrive after midnight, the late check in procedure is very smooth. When I rase question, Jarwin always be there. Close to everywhere, restaurants around apartment, very convenient. Check out procedure is consideration. Definitely will come back again.

I totally recommend

The apartment was very clean, comfortable and the location is great near metro stations. Jarwin the guest manager is very professional and always available for you if you have questions. I totally recommend this place if you stay more than one week in Singapore especially for business trip.

It’s probably the best option/location for anybody staying for over a week in Singapore. The service is amazing (I recommend Jarwin), its easy, clean, all good!

Fin lille lejlighed tæt på centrum og Chinatown.

Vi valgte den her lejlighed fordi den var tæt på centrum og fordi den så ret godt ud og det var et lækkert sted tæt på alting. Værelset er måske lidt lille men til 1 uge så er det ganske fint. Det kunne dog godt være noget mere skabsplads og måske nogle internationale kanler, ellers var det godt. Vores Vært Jarwin var meget venlig og man kunne altid sende ham en sms, hvis der var noget, så det var rigtig godt. Det er synd at det ikke har flere anmeldelser fordi det er et rigtig godt sted og vi vil gerne bo der igen når vi kommer forbi Singapore næste gang.
