The location (next to mrt) is good, staff friendly and room clean. If available for a good price take it. My aircon was warm, I was told it was fixed but it was still warm. We booked 2 rooms for 7 days so could verify the significant difference and sleeping was not easy. We also requested an early check in but was told the occupancy was high. This would have been fine, but when I enquired about this randomly with a helpful staff member, I was the told that the floor was not busy. Could have gone the extra mile but obviously too hard. Not so much a problem as it’s a good one off hotel depending on the price but defiantly not a go to hotel as there are better choices in the immediate area.

Our room was not facing the sea, but it did not bother us too much. Our room was serviced as often as we wanted, the cleaning staff always did a good job and hugely pleasant and obliging; shops and food courts are all only a stone throw away, last but not least, MRT station is right opposite the hotel, the convenience it provides for travelling around the island is one of the great assets of the hotel. Great experience during our stay in Singapore, Thank you.
