The pool was great and particularly the jacuzzi ( the chairs could do with a bit more cleaning) What stood out most was the help from the concierge and his help in obtaining an MTR ticket and letting us use the pool shower room on the day of our departure. Mustafa was so helpful and one of the best concierge we have come across Location is super convenient too, being so close to the MTR station and a shopping centre
