Ok this hotel is very very basic and the room is super small. If you just want a quick sleep it’s ok. Bathroom is super small and it’s a shower head over the toilet. I left early as really uncomfortable. No window in room and aircon left us feeling not good when we woke up. Staff nice and reasonable clean. Defo would not stay again.

Good value for money in the middle of a big city

Room and bathroom were very clean but quite small. We didn't have a window but found the room comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The place is easy to get around and I wish they would clean the room a little better. We found hair on the floor and stairs. Other than that it is really a nice place. The room is small because it is an expensive place to go to. People are friendly and nice when you have questions.

Not worth hotel

Many problems from the beginning. First room didn’t have adjustable height shower, for my height and my wife’s was not possible to take shower and water got cold after 2 minutes. Asked the staff to change room and they changed me to another room with shower on the ceiling, but even thought the water gets cold after 3/4 minutes using. To sleep, almost impossible, the acoustic insulation of the hotel is very bad and during the whole night was possible to hear the other rooms water flow, doors opening/closing and furniture displacement

AVOID!!! BED BUGS!! Showed them photos of the bugs behind the bed head. Asked for a refund as we were not going to stay. They would not refund. Checked into another hotel. Very rude. Very dirty. Very uncooperative.

Humidity issue

The staff is nice and helpful. The location is good. Got a 7 11 just next BUT, the room humidity is a disaster. U don't know where the humid comes from. The central air system ? They did change another room for me, slightly improvement? But sometime at different timing it will get humid again Your swear t shirt will keep wet for a few days if hang in the room. Bed feel wet. Sometime the mirror shows wet. I believe it is the known problem , hope they can improve. Otherwise not for me again.

Fair hotel for staying on a budget :)

Was an okay budget hotel. The bedding was not super clean in the begining because it is only changed if you ask or after some time. It was okay and had what you needed; it has air conditioning, shower, hair dryer. The check out is 12pm each day but sometimes the cleaners come earlier than that so best check out 10am or but the do not disturb sign out. We were given complimentary toothbrush and toohpaste but it kept getting thrown out for a new one each day which i didnt understand ? I can use a regular plastic toothbrush my whole stay, it seems awfully wasteful. I tried to keep it with my stuff but basically i had 10 toothbrushes my whole stay, that was the most stand out thing lol. Very close to bugis + shopping mall and around a 10 minute walk to the MRT railway. It was in a great location for where i wanted to be. Good stay though; i may use bugis budget again but i may also try another for a similar price.

You get what you pay for - wet room for bathroom was annoying at times but room was clean. It’s small so hard fitting more than 2 bags. Very convenient and great if you don’t plan on been in room besides fir sleep.

It may be an Ibis budget but facilities and customer service were excellent. From checking in to leaving, reception staff were always welcoming and helpful, very knowledgeable. My room as expected was small but perfectly adequate as a base, as this hotel is right in the centre of the city and only a short taxi ride from the airport. Perfect for a solo female traveller, couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely stay again. Thank you!
