What an excellent hotel. From the doormen that greet you as you enter to the reception and all the other staff, the treatment was wonderfull. The room was big and amazing with a wonderfull view. The bathroom was also large with everything you could possibly need. We had a club lounge room and the service there was superb. The staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for you. We especially liked the food and drink there, it was so good. We will certainly return to the Fairmont should we go back to Singapore.

Top notch service

Felt totally spoilt at the Fairmont. At check in, the reception team attended to all my requests with ease including upgrading my room to a Salon Suite on the 26th floor. The Gold lounge staff made sure a table with a view was reserved for me. Absolutely loved the turndown service with the housekeeping staff adding fresh flowers to my room each day. The views on the 26th floor was stunning with the Merlion and Fullerton Hotel in sight. Thank you Fairmont for your hospitality.

My favourite hotel, Fairmont.

We had an Ambassador suite on the 26th floor with Marina Bay Sands view.Cleaners kept tidying the room. What i really liked is the Water filter in the room for drinking wayer.So convenient. Loved everything about Fairmont and its location is perfect.

Great hotel, location & service

The Fairmont was such a lovely hotel to stay for our four nights in Singapore. The reception staff, cleaners & everyone who works there were so friendly & attentive. The rooms were a good size & very clean! Thank you for having us & look forward to being back!

Really like this hotel! The location is excellent- linked directly to Raffles City shopping centre, which is just right at the exit of City Hall station. Facilities are good, rooms are clean, service from staff is satisfying. Nothing to criticise overall. Will definitely stay again next time visiting SG!!!
