Good location

Overrated and overpriced for the hotel itself. Dirty, rundown, hard to get in/out of the hotel if you have stroller or wheelchair. Housekeeping team are helpful but you can tell they have bad management. The only positive point is the location. Right on Orchard Street.

In overall I had a great stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The air con system was noisy and the temperature control had issues

Excellent location to stay

This is a great place to stay. Lobby staffs are very helpful & friendly. We stayed 4 night for this time, and felt like home. We can earlier few ours to check in. We can ask staffs to get some things we need them. It's wonderful hotel, if they can keep room clean for each day. We will return to here next holiday.

I stayed at deluxe room. I didn’t use their services so can’t comment of it. Room was very specious, towels all clean and fresh. Didn’t have coffee machine but cattle with tea bags and instant powder coffee. Next day i stayed at premium room which was much bigger and nicer bathroom with coffee machine. What I like this hotel is the location.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The only issue we had was the fire alarm would go off in our rooms and throughout the facility everyday multiple times a day. There was something wrong with the elevators one of the days, and we were on the 6th and 8th floor, and had to walk up multiple flights of stairs with a toddler. The breakfast buffet was worth it atleast once to go try out, especially when you are still jetlagged and are up early when everythjng other than 711 or a coffee shop in the mall js open.

The first room they put us in on the 4th floor was moldy and musty and we ended up insisting on a change of room. The bathroom did not have ventilation so after a shower the whole room would feel damp. We were then shifted to room 555 which was better. However overall the hotel is old, tired and very basic for the star rating. But the shower and water pressure is very good and so is the bed and pillows which were comfortable. Housekeeping only comes every alternate days. The front desk staff was very polite, efficient and helpful. The location of the hotel is in the quiet end of orchard street so handy to get to any part of Singapore if using public transportation (bus stops and MRT just a few minutes walk).
