The Artyzen is absolutely stunning, inside and out. Staff is always available to answer any questions. The service car is helpful but can get quiet popular so we often chose to walk to our location rather than wait the 20 mins. During one of the nights we found a cockroach in our bathroom on the 20th floor. Staff at reception was notified and she apologized.

Beautifully appointed and designed hotel. Spacious room and great bathroom.Plenty of fast lifts. Near shopping malls and easy to get buses to other destinations. Courtesy taxi only travelled up to 1.5 km so wasn’t much use really. Generally staff lovely special mention to Aileen, Angel, Lynda and Saga!

Great hidden gem with amazing architecture, fantastic service, delicious breakfast and room service, serene infinity pool, ideal location and lovely spacious room with luxurious bed and all the amenities you could ask for Fantastic service on arrival and departure from Giwa. Giwa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us, especially as we were feeling a little groggy from the jet lag Can’t recommend the Artyzen enough. You should def stay here
