The room was as expected bed ok private bathroom well appointed all at a reasonable price had to pay 80sgd to get in to room early but hayho no lift but what do you expect from a 2star hotel in singapore central

Good central location very close to bugis mrt. Good air con. Shared bathrooms ok too. Clean. One thing let it down, our second nights stay we had a terrible nights sleep due to a very noisy group of teenage boys next door. The hotel staff tried to sort it out but were unsuccessful. As its a gaming hostel i dont really recommend it if you need a good nights sleep. Also be aware you have to leave a deposit here which you get back on checkout.

For the price this is OK.

Location is great with subway station across the street and food options nearby as well. Do not pay more for a room with a window, the windows do not seal good and the road noise is annoying. No breakfast or anything included. The bathrooms are not upkept well, some of the toilet rooms constantly had water all over the floor. If you ask, they will hold your luggage during the day in case you have a late flight but still want to go out and explore, very helpful service. DO NOT use the laundry machines. They promise you that the washing machine pumps automatic detergent in... it does not. It will also not do a good spin cycle, which means your clothes will be absolutely soaked in sweaty water. The dryer will not be able to dry unless you use twice the money. Staff will not help as they claim it is third party. Save yourself the hassle and disappointed and go elsewhere to do laundry. I did not use any of the computer systems so I cannot speak to that.

The hotel looks bad on the outside but is clean and tidy inside. It is a good value two or three star facility. The bed in the room was like being in the top bunk or in the attic but in reality was all i needed. The room and shared bathroom were clean and adequate. Great transport outside. Recomended!

Worst bed I’ve slept in in years even with a mattress topper you could feel still feel the springs poking through, after three nights sleeping in there I struggled to walk properly. When I booked the room on Expedia, it failed to mention there was no window which is utterly unacceptable. I give this place a wide berth

No elevator. Tough to get up and down with suitcases especially with an elderly and young kids. Staff was very accommodating. Ants were found in the units upon arrival. We made the best of it. Place is for backpackers not great for family with suitcases

Good location. I took the metro to the airport- v easy t find and use, fast and efficient and the station is just across the street. Loads of shopping and dining options. Rooms are small but ok for a short stay

Not as nice as it could be

Modern touch to the lobby and the rooms with big and spacey areas. The ability to game on their compiters was also nice. However, the upsides stop there. Here comes the downsides: - The toilets were a catastrophe. Unfresch and almost all the locks were broken so you couldn’t look the door. Same thing with the showers. I got the feeling that it had been this was for a long time, since there was no service guy fixing the locks during our stay and almost all the locks were broken. - Used their laundry machine but the clothes didn’t smell that fresh when we took them out of the machine after the wash. - We had our room against the street, and the noise isolation in the window was so bad that it sounded like there wasn’t even a wall between us and the road (you could see through parts of the window board = no isolation). - We had to sign a contract upon check-in that we would agree to pay a prety high fee if we would stain any of the hotels towels or bed clothes. This was quite ironic considering the bad hygien and cleaning of their bathrooms, especially the toilets. - The gaming computers were fairly priced (about 3€ per hour), but some of the games crashed when we played them and some of the games were only demos and not the full games.

Could not stay there. Had to climb up very narrow steps to get to bed. Injured my head trying to get into bed. It still has not healed. Had to find other accommodation they refused any refund for the four of us.

Solo traveller. Being older, the 22 steps to get to the lobby was a challenge especially with a suitcase. The high steps to get up to the loft bed was also a challenge. Everything else was fine. Despite noisy children at 1100 pm, once in the room, peaceful! Hag really good sleep thru out. Best for younger people. Common bathroom was well done but careless patrons leave the toilets a wet mess by use of the cleaning hose.
