I was received with a warm welcome by the staff who were very informative and attentive. The room was cozy clean and comfy. The pool and amenities next door were lovely. Staff and location are absolutely amazing. Hotel itself is unusual being in an old heritage building that adds to the experience. The deluxe room is super comfortable, spacious and clean. Stayed off the Main Street side and was super quiet. Be sure to use the gym and pool amenities of their sister hotel called the Clan. A stunning space and great views.

The charm and person service of a boutique hotel with the facilities of the Clan Hotel next door. One of the best, most friendly staffs we have ever dealt with, always doing everything possible to make us comfortable and well cared for. The location is perfect, on the edge of Chinatown across the street from the fast, efficient metro. We have a new favorite hotel to send our friends to and, fingers crossed, return to someday.
