This place is special. Being attached to an authentic heritage Chinese temple and with charming artifacts, this site is unique. Added to this, the staff, the location and the amenities are all excellent and make this a real Singapore experience, unlike the many big, anonymous hotels where you could be anywhere. Thoroughly recommend

Historical boutique hotel. No chrome.

Quaint hotel built in a Temple and storehouse. Every room is different. Not the most handicap friendly as there are stairs in the room and hallway. Will stay there again.

The hotel didn’t have a concierge. I chose the hotel because I wanted to book different sightseeing items, but since there wasn’t a concierge, I ended up walking around and finding things to do on my own. The breakfast restaurant choices weren’t the best, but at least breakfast was available.
