The staff is very friendly. There is a bar just next to the lobby but the customer do the affect the residents at all. No clearing service within my 3 days of stay. The front desk allows you to keep the bags in the lobby (public area, no locking up). It seems not very secure. Trust that Singapore is a very safe country, my bag was not stolen at all.

Although staff wanted to be hospitable and the room looked decent. It wasn't as clean; hair in bathroom, and clear black spots (but if you are short you probably don't see it in the mirror behind the sink), and the wifi was spotty disconnecting regularly. In my case the shower drain was dropping and to top it off my simple UK>EU plug got stuck in the wall. The bed was good and it was walking distance from the metro.

When we enter the room it was dusty. The carpet was old and shady, we found bugs in the restroom too. We stayed for 3 nights and NO ONE cleaned our room even our makeup room button was on the entire time. We asked for extra pillow staff said they don’t have any. How disappointing was that right? It was a stressful stay with this hotel :(

Do not recommend this hotel to all my friends

The hotel lobby has a very strong odor of cigarite smell, i can not stand for even a minute, beside the check in counter is a bar which is very noisy up to the second floor, the carpet in the room and the walk way in the lobby is very dirty and toilet in the room has a smell of dirt cockroach! While the hotel imposed stickly no smoking in the room but smoking in the bar with the door is always open make the whole lobby and elivator have a very strong smell of cigarite which is not good for the health! Even if I will be given a free accomodation to this hotel I will never come back..

Upon arrival told we had been upgraded to a window room which was odd when arriving in the room we have half a window. The room was dark and WiFi was very poor. Room wasn't cleaned on the first day we had to request the room be cleaned. The handheld bidet was broken and not fixed during our stay even after telling them on the first day. One day our room card keys just stopped working and had to visit the desk twice to get it fixed. Overall very poor experience the only positive is the location

良かった点:セール中だったので非常に安く泊まれたこと 悪かった点:受付の人がいなくなる、予約内容を確認していない、クリーニングボタンを押しても来てくれない　など とは言え安さ重視なので単に泊まるだけならいいかもしれない
