Loved my stay here ! Im very picky lol & the rooms were comfortable and modernized. We had the ruby suite which was ocean front and it was a beautiful view. Went as a couple but also family friendly. Nico the owner, housekeeping, and other employees were very helpful & attentive. Would definitely return & recommend. Safe area. It is right behind the airport so you will hear planes & festivities since it is a tourist area as well. Easy parking.

Niko was great with communication. Cocovaa was so cute, perfect for my quick stay. The bar/restaurant next door had good food and friendly staff. The beach was so calm and quiet. I will 100% be back.

Property is right outside the beach. Right in the beach. Property needs upgrades and the room wasn’t clean when I arrived but staff is very helpful and cleaned up right away. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they upgraded my room also there were bugs in the room.

Beach view was completely spectacular. And right next door to an amazing restaurant and Beach bar. Though a boutique hotel it had all the services and amenities that anyone could expect as it relates to customer service and attention to detail. We will definitely be back. And go Nico!

The room needs a little TLC, it had some minor issues, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, had a great view right on the water's edge, and the property manager was friendly and super responsive. Not sure how the crowds are normally, but last week (May) there were only 2 or 3 other people at the hotel so it felt like I had my own little private resort, with a great chill beach bar immediately next door (i think I ate my weight in fresh ceviche and fried plantains). This is a dead-end area so there's no pass-through traffic or herds of tourists which is nice, yet it is still very convenient to the Maho area, Mullet Bay, and the marinas along Welfare Rd where a lot of the boat charters dock.
