Staff is the best positive about this property. We had a couple of issues (elevator not working , hair dryer not working) but the staff did everything to help. Property does need updating which we had seen by other reviews but it is extremely clean and beds are comfortable. Biggest negatives are the water pressure is so low it made washing hair a real problem. And toilets are very low to the ground, they belong in a Kindergarten classroom. Breakfast was really good in the restaurant. But the negatives mean we won’t stay here again. Which is a shame as we have family who live nearby.

They hire nice people here. Check in is consistently efficient and pleasant. The place needs some cosmetic issues addressed; the duct-taped ice machine is comical, but should be addressed. Room is good, clean and spacious. It took a minute and some playing around to get the air conditioner to decide to work. Bed very comfortable. Paying high amount for parking is ridiculous for location. It's an older place but still working and decent. Location and value is great for Simi Valley stay.
