“Stayed in two different rooms, both can not be consider as clean. Water stains everywhere in the bathroom. door knobs, light switches are sticky. Not a very good experience overall.”

“The staff is very nice but you need give RM100 Cash deposit to check in. The deposit will refund upon check if no damage on the room or spilt any stuffs in the room. There will remind you via whatapp on delay on check out for an hour charge you RM50”

“Location was good as always. It was my second time staying at this hotel. Staff who did the check-in was friendly and accomodating, gave me a high floor room. Having said so, there are some things that didn't quite meet the basic expectations. The body shampoo container was empty and was not refilled, and the aircond was not cooling although switched it on for the whole day. We did not request for any housekeeping throughout the stay and only requested for additional bottles of drinking water....
