Vacations Close To Silver Star Shopping Center

First impressions were great. The suite was huge! The Tavern was awesome, and management resolved concerns promptly. Its a bonus to have access to a fridge and microwave. The coffee makers were nice for making mini coffees. The only suggestion I'd have is to adjust the doors to not slam so loudly! I'd stay here again!

Resort is clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Proximity to Epic Universe using the walking path is amazing. Restaurant was good in the hotel. Downside is that the internet was very patchy - often couldn’t connect and the sounds from the next room were heard easily.

I had called the day before and was told that they would allow an early check in at 12pm. However when I showed up the next day, the front desk gal stated I could not do an early check in and there was no note in my account. After 30 minutes, we were able to do an early check in. Two days later when I called down and asked if housekeeping could clean our room, I was told it would be a $50 charge. Never was it mentioned at check in that if we ever needed housekeeping that there would be a $50 charge. Won’t be coming back.
