Had a very pleasant stay !!! Rooms were clean and had the best experience

Our entire experience at Hotel Teatro was amazing. Rose at the front desk is wonderful. She can handle it all with ease. And her quick wit is refreshing. We enjoyed The Study for coffee and breakfast while we were there. Our room was comfortable, clean and beautiful with windows overlooking downtown. The location was perfect for all things LoDo. We walked everywhere. We enjoyed our time in Denver and Hotel Teatro. We will definitely be back.

Very expensive for the room. Greet lobby breakfast. I had a room on second floor that looked into the inner well. There was no daylight coming in the window as so far down. Large extractor fan right outside the window. For the price paid would have hoped for a window facing out of the building with natural light. Great location near to the station and local restaurants. Also easy to walk to Lo Hi for restaurants there

The hotel apparently suffered a power surge a few weeks ago that knocked out the thermostats in several rooms. We were given one of those rooms, without knowledge of the problem. When we were unable to cool the room below 77 deg, we requested a different room, but were told the other available rooms had the same problem. As it was late we had no choice but to spend the night with a couple of fans. The next morning the manager gave us a 50% refund, which was appreciated. But it was still an uncomfortable night and one would think that at this price point for a 4 star hotel, a few weeks would have been ample time to fix the blown thermostats!

Cobwebs on the lamps. Mini fridge frozen solid, no door for the bathroom. Dangerous area with drug dealing and litter.
