A good place to stay before Conway. Easy parking and getting around. Price is good and compare to the others in this area. Breakfast was OK and enough to bread a day. Recommended for those just want a nice sleep at affordable budget.

Staff very helpful and welcoming. Checkin was smooth and easy. They accept pets and having my dog there was no hassle. The breakfast was good. It was quiet and the furniture was comfortable.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly during our one night stay. The room was clean but dated. The bathroom door did not stay closed. When we returned in the evening to go to bed, there were two stink bugs on the ceiling and wall. In the morning, my fiancé woke up to a spider crawling on him. It was nice enough for one night but we were ready to check out. Extremely overpriced (over $500) for what we got.

Stayed here because of its convenient location. The place is a bit funky. You need to page or call the staff. No daily maid service. Lot's of questionable locals hanging around the property.

This hotel was very dirty. Also the front desk was extremely unhelpful. You ring a bell and he did not respond for 15min. He also charged us $25 to check in 15 early since we had a wedding at the Preserve at Chocoria Do want to say that the housekeeping staff was very helpful

No complains on the room, it was clean and beds were comfy. Although the property was a bit ran down and not that clean, I thought it was a good value stay considering the low price.

Walls are paper-thin — we could hear people using the toilet in the next room, which was just adjacent to our bed — shower went in and out of cold and hot water, and the water did not smell good. Hotel restaurant was under construction; the whole place felt in need of care. Staff was nice; however, for a small dumpy hotel, paying $300/night for a room is highway robbery.

Wish the sauna was working since it was a cold weekend up there. The pool was warm. Wish the bathrooms were a bit bigger. Looks a bit run down but a good place to rest if you just need a bed to lay on.

Kind of run down looking on the outside. Pretty clean room, but had handprints on the headboard, and the bathroom door handle almost had us each trapped in the bathroom on two different occasions. The breakfast was not great. Bed was pretty comfortable.

We had a nice stay. The staff was very nice, the rooms were very clean, the only complaint there was that housekeeping didn't come to freshen your room, take trash out or fresh towels, we were there 3 nights. The breakfast was nice but the same every day and things weren't filled so had to keep asking for cups, creamer, knives, coffee, fruit etc. the tables were sticky. I also think it should be known that there is no elevator, so rooms are limited for guests with a walking disability. Lobby was clean but the stairs from the lobby were very dirty. The pool was a nice size, but there was a musky smell, and they chose to clean it during the open hours of the pool verses before it opened or after it closed. Plenty of free parking. Overall, we would do a shorter stay there again.
