It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+

Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The homes were clean and stocked with what you need. Beds were relaxing. Sleeping upstairs is amazing because you can wake up to the view of the lake (if staying in the front villas). Drift had amazing food and wonderful service. The hot tub and sauna was a nice touch. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I would 100% stay here again and will definitely be back in the summer to see this place running at full capacity. The only negative thing i can say (and it’s not their fault) is there is a train right behind the property which can be noisy as it does run all day but its about a min of noise and then right back to peace. Wasn’t even a bother but worth noting.
