This facility is geared towards seminars, camps, and religous retreats. Great place if thats your intentions. NO TV IN YOUR ROOM $70 FEE IF YA WANT TO USE ANY AMENITIE 25 MINUTES FROM CLOSEST STORE ETC PARKING IS FARRRR FROM ROOMS AND IN PITCH BLACK AT NIGHT Young people working facility are pleasant.. if your looking for a place to stay 45 minutes from Lake George Tourist Location this is it.

Nice quiet room at a resort-like property on the lake. But it's near nothing. So, make sure you've eaten beforehand. I got in after 7pm and found nowhere to get a meal. The nearest place had no food left on a Saturday evening, and the next closest place was 15 miles away on a dark mountain road in Bolton Landing.

The lock on our room was broken and did not lock. We asked the front desk politely to fix it a couple of times and it was never fixed.

The place was absolutely gorgeous and staff so friendly. We did have to leave on Sat instead of Sun due to illness. Dan had an issue of redness and swelling on his right leg. Took to ER back home and possible blood clot and infection. But it all made it hard for him to be able to walk around. Became even more painful by Sat.

The location is just lovely. The people are friendly and I truly wish I had found this place while my children were still young. It would have been the perfect place to stay with them. There is lots to do with a family. The place is fairly secluded on a windy road along Lake George. It is somewhat hard to find but also marked. I was there to stay the night before a swim race on the lake so I booked for convenience. And, it was quite convenient. Having said that, I came back from dinner late in the evening and I am very glad I found parking right near the front of the hotel and that I was staying in the main building. I would have been somewhat less comfortable has I been staying somewhere else or had I been required to park in one of the lots which are a walk from the main entrance. The property is very large and somewhat intimidating for a single person staying alone. Also, the night I stayed it was very hot and the air-conditioning is not central, is very loud and somewhat dodgy. I was a bit hot. That said, I would return there if I decided to swim again next year.
