Saved in a pinch!

The lady at the front desk was so nice. She remembered me from the night before when I was here for a business trip and it extended longer than anticipated. She was just very kind and warm after a really long couple days. It was nice.

The rooms are fine but the beds are terrible. Price is good compared to other options in Siloam Springs. The hotel is next to a busy road so the car noise is considerable. Windows do not appear to be noise proof. Rooms are clean and looked renovated. Microwave and refrigerator handy. Best thing about this property is the price.

AC didn't work, when maintenance man came to room, he talked to us like we were children. There was not a coffee pot in the room. We were not allowed a "Do Not Disturb" sign, and were told the housekeepers HAVE to check the rooms every morning, but not to worry they will just come in quietly and check then leave. Unacceptable practices to me.

Covers the basics well

Room was clean and comfortable, people were nice. Location is convenient to hwy, etc and there are restaurant options nearby. This is about what you'd expect for the price - functional and basic but nothing extra (e.g. extra pillow or blanket, coffee pot). It does however have a microwave and a mini fridge, good water heat and pressure. I'd stay again.

Decent for the money

This motel has been recently updated. Clean. Shower is very short/low. Have to lean over. Traffic on a Friday night was loud at times.
