The staff was very accommodating. My reservations was premade so they had everything ready for me. They had us on the top second floor, but we asked if we could have a room floor. There are more than gracious to give it to us love that the room was so nice and clean too big king size beds. We only need one for me and my husband, I put do not disturb, but they actually still came in and cleaned the room which was surprising but still OK they added more water. The amenities were super sweet and just overall beautiful relaxing calm area five minutes from the airport which was fantastic. Definitely loved. Will stay again in the new future with our family.

For the price, the room was ok. It’s a motel, not a hotel. My biggest complaint is when we asked about a taxi to the airport which was 3 min away we were told 200-250 pesos, a clear rip off, we ordered an Uber for 50pesos, that difference is nothing less than an outright scam

The place is old and in need of new furniture. Bed is hard and the tv doesn't work properly. Next room had a party and music till early morning and the area its not safe.

Location is 3-5 min from Airport- there is a cozy swimming pool- a restaurant on property that is very affordable- lots of parking spaces- staff is friendly & very helpful- there is free coffee & juice 24 hrs- very secure/safe hotel- shampoo, conditioner, soap & bottled water provided daily- staff assists with taxi for your plans- taxi for Leon or Guanajuato is only around 25 US this is for about 25 min trip so very reasonable- staff also assisted with taxi for Airport at 4:00 am worry free- Rooms are very clean & spacious- there is wall TV, a safe, mini fridge & A.C. There is convenience store right on side of Hotel- Very accesible for people with wheelchair- I have no complaints about this Hotel

La limpieza no es la adecuada, el restaurante es muy pequeño, les hace falta personal, tardaron mucho en servir los alimentos, el agua para bañarse estaba tibia, dijeron lo arreglarían y nunca llegó el agua caliente. No volvería a hospedarme ahí.
