The room was nice but could see under the exterior door and the tv wouldn't work right. The pillows were very soft and couldn't sleep on them. The area is very good and centrally located. Could use more signage to get to the motel. The staff were very friendly.

Trashy un clean bug house

My stay was awful there was feces on the wall there was cockroaches there was crash and all kinds of dirt and dust and everything behind the headboard it was completely unclean and uncomfortable when complained about it was told no refund and that was all they could do

The room had very old looking furniture and the bathroom was so small….the air conditioning was terrible and I felt like I was at a low class motel! I will never book there or recommend anyone there again👎

The room was clean but the door had dug deep grooves into the plaster where the door closes. This made the door very hard to close completely. The male residents and guests made me nervous. A single woman traveling alone. I told the employee I couldn't stay. He was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Price was cheap to match facilities Old place Bathrub drain didnt work so when you took a shower the water filled in the bathtub Water pressure was bad, not much hot water A Hindu-run dump basically Cape Girardeau's biggest dump of a motel packed with full time down-troddened inhabitanrs. Pretty rough.

Bed spread had 3 or so cigarette burns in it. The office chair had stains and small rips in it that I covered with their towels to sit in. Pillows were flat! Had to fold three times to sleep. Had coffee maker, micro and frig. Old building and it looks like they are trying to update it. Great price for a night to travel through but not sure I would stay here again.

This was/is the worst property. There is a window to check. No lobby area! No trash cans in the room. Very unsafe feeling. Paint chipping all around the room and outside. Threshold into the bathroom is raised about an inch soooo very much a tripping hazard. Upon entering the room was full of scented perfume we needed to brew coffee several times to be able to have fresh air. Upholstered chair provided was stained, ripped, handle broken. This property should NOT be listed .on Expedia. Expedia is too good a service to have this on their listing! I also need to check to see I haven't been charged twice. I booked used my One Key AND was charged at check in? So need to investigate if I have charged twice! Thanks for listening and I trust you will act on my suggestions!
