Hotel quality was less than satisfactory, so thankfully price wasn’t high. Front desk staff very polite. Limited breakfast. Room smelled like mildew or wet towels.

Greatly improved!

The new management has made great improvements to Econo Lodge in Dexter, MO. I have stayed many times in the past, and it smelled gross. The nasty carpet has been removed. The front desk staff were very friendly and attentive.

For the most part, the motel is fine. Friendly staff. The rooms need updating- especially in the bathrooms. For instance, shower doors are old and won’t stay on their tracks

Its an older motel. I mean ya get what ya pay for! The staff was very nice. The room smelled and looked clean when I walked in. There was a continental breakfast, coffee and juice in the morning. It could use updating and new furniture but hey, I slept well and had coffee in the morning and the rate is cheap.

When checking in, verify that everything works and the right number of beds are in the room. Tv didn’t work, furniture appearance is less than stellar and I ordered a 2 bed room and got one and a half.

Not Great, but not terrible.

The staff was friendly. The room was okay. The bedding was clean but floor was dirty, night stand had a small spill that was sticky and had not been cleaned. I always Clorox wipe everything down when I stay somewhere so that made it better. All furniture very old and worn down. I had to use the desk for work and sitting in the chair felt icky. Hot & cold for shower are backwards, I stood for 5 minutes waiting for hot water and right before I gave up I lowered handle to cold and it got very hot. Breakfast was coffee, juice, milk. Bread, packaged pastries, cereal and package yogurt. Overall it wasn’t terrible but I would probably only stay again if I had no other options.

I woke up to bug bites on Saturday when I checked out of them room. I have never in my life experienced such a thing. They are itchy and painful, pictures are available. I will be asking for a full refund.
